Advent SAL

For the 9th year in a row, Atelier Soed Idee is organizing the AdventSAL – a festive stitching tradition leading up to Christmas! 🎄

From December 1st to 24th, you'll receive a small part of the pattern in your inbox each day. A surprise design, divided into 24 manageable parts – perfect for adding joy to your December.

The Design
This year we've chosen a beautiful design from Plum Street Samplers. A classic and calming subject – just what December needs. Pattern size: 125 x 75 stitches. What exactly it is? You'll discover it on December 1st!

Digital Version
The digital AdventSAL is just as you're used to. From December 1st to 24th, 2026, you'll receive one part of the pattern each day by email. There is no limit to the number of participants.

DMC Thread Pack
Want to be ready when the SAL begins? Order a pack with all 18 DMC colors you need – enough for the full pattern, whether you stitch with 1 or 2 strands.
Recommended fabric colors are Smokey Blue (grey-blue) or Natural (beige) – both from Zweigart in 36 count.

*Unfortunately, Sulky lacks a sufficient range of color shades to make a good set for the AdventSAL. Therefore, there is unfortunately no AdventSAL set available in Sulky thread.

Complete Kit with Hand-dyed Materials
Love a luxurious kit? We've got you covered! The kit includes:
– all necessary hand-dyed materials (beautifully packaged!)

This year you can choose between 32 or 36 count fabric – both work beautifully with the custom finishing piece.

There's no maximum quantity, but you must reserve by August 15th so I can order materials before my holiday.
