  • From July 1, 2025, we will send all letterbox packages within the Netherlands with track & trace. This way you can easily track your order and we both know where your package is. Shipping costs for letterbox packages within the Netherlands are €4.50. For packages that do not fit through the letterbox, the shipping costs are €7.27 (different rates apply for deliveries outside the Netherlands)
     
  • If the total order is more than €50.00, the Dutch consumer pays €2.50 shipping costs, above an order amount of €85.00 no shipping costs are charged. For a parcel shipment above €85.00 the shipping costs are €3.27
     
  • Our packaging is sustainable and recyclable. We send your orders in red mailing bags (recyclable via PMD) or cardboard boxes, depending on what works best. This way, we ensure your package arrives safely while keeping unnecessary materials to a minimum.
     
  • ​Delivery will take place as soon as possible. When paying in advance, Atelier Soed Idee usually sends the ordered products within three working days (but usually faster) after receipt of payment, via PostNL. Atelier Soed Idee will in any case be obliged to deliver within 30 days.
    Please note: letter box parcels sent via PostNL may take longer. PostNL currently applies a 48-hour delivery period for these shipments, so delivery may take a few extra days compared to regular parcels.
     
  • Atelier Soed Idee will take the greatest possible care when receiving and executing orders for products and when assessing applications for the provision of services.
     
  • Delivery takes place via standard PostNL shipping. The shipping costs are clearly stated when ordering. The consumer can select the various shipping options during the ordering process in the web store.
     
  • The order is insured up to an amount of € 100.00 when registered mail is chosen. If the consumer wishes to make use of this, he can opt for registered mail in the delivery options.
     
  • The consumer can also choose to pick up the order at: Heggerweg 19 in Vaassen. You can make an appointment by sending an email or by telephone.
     
  • The consumer will receive an order confirmation after placing an order. An invoice is not sent by default. This can be found in the consumer's account. On request, the invoice can still be sent by email.

  • Customs Duties & Taxes
    If you’re ordering from outside the European Union, please be aware that your local customs office may charge import duties, taxes, or handling fees when your parcel arrives. These costs are the responsibility of the recipient and are not collected or reimbursed by Soed Idee.
    Because every country has different rules, we recommend checking with your local customs office before placing your order so there are no surprises.
